Crater Training Center Invites Teenagers to the Multimedia Summer Camp

Multimedia Summer Camp will be held July 19 to July 30, 2021, during the summer break and is intended for children aged 12 to 16.

The camp is an exclusive opportunity for children to take a peek into the world of film, animation, and visual effects and introduce themselves to some of the most popular computer graphics software.

Participation in the camp includes practical work, i.e., creating video material for a music video and an advertisement. Such activities will give kids first-hand insight into the wide range of creative processes. This way, they will learn to create immersive visual content, from its concept to the final processing in post-production.

Leading the children in this creative adventure is the team of experienced lecturers who regularly collaborate with the Center. They specialize in videography, video production, digital art, computer graphics, and painting.

Other activities include film screenings in the Crater’s cinema, meeting VFX artists, experiencing the studio environment, visiting Belgrade’s museums and other locations, workshops, lectures on the history of art and film, etc. After the camp, participants will be able to imagine themselves in the creative industries and many other jobs of the future that combine technology and creativity.

During the two weeks of the camp, the activities last every working day from 9 AM to 4 PM. Two snacks are included in the price, with the possibility of an organized lunch at an additional cost. The camp will be held at the Crater Training Center, Knićaninova 3, Donji Dorćol, Belgrade.
